Case Study - Fulfillment of Marketing Literature to an International Sales Force

They have a sales force located around the world and it is the responsibility of Ms. Julie Pawuk, Advertising and Public Relations Manager, to supply marketing collateral to these sales people accurately and on time. With the help of MarketPlace Direct, this task is accomplished on a daily basis.

Prior to joining MarketPlace Direct, the fulfillment process was handled by a company that was not web based and not fully automated. It was very difficult to get accurate inventory of existing product and this led into a problem with lead times on when to request the printing of these products. Getting accurate inventory balances always took time and accuracy of shipments and assembly of kits was an issue.

CENTRIA has a library of documents, booklets, brochures, samples and promotional items that need to be stored and shipped on demand. These needs are real-time and the logistics are complicated.
