Doug has over two decades of experience in the customer service industry. Since joining MarketPlace Direct, Doug has excelled in helping customers reach, and often surpass, their business goals.
He has an uncanny ability to masterfully multitask while keeping everything running smoothly. Whether he is problem solving to make sure all our projects get the attention they deserve, or taking time to make his staff smile, he is always a delight to be around.
Mr. Dawson’s attention to detail, readiness to assist his staff, and his above and beyond work ethic make him an asset to this company’s continued success.
Doug Dawson graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bio:
Debbie Clingenpeel has over 7 years of experience in the Direct Mail industry. Debbie graduated with honors from the International Academy of Design & Technology – Orlando with an AS degree in Graphic Design. With her knowledge of marketing, design, data and mail, she can see the “big picture” when it comes to projects. She started out as a mail piece designer at a mail house in Florida, and ended up learning all the ins and outs of working with the Post Office from databases to mailing equipment.
In 2006, Debbie moved to Pittsburgh to join the MPD team and be near family. When she isn’t going above and beyond for our customers, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children. Debbie’s also know around here for her baking skills. Her cupcakes are awesome!

Kathi Beaudry has been a Customer Service Specialist with MarketPlace Direct since 2002. She brings over 34 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Her attention to detail and “No Problem” attitude ensures that the job gets done right and the customer is always happy.
When Kathi isn’t promising the impossible to customers with her “No Problem” attitude, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their friends. She and her husband also enjoy traveling. Their favorite destination is the Outer Banks, but they love traveling to see their children, grandchildren and other family members. When she’s at home, she enjoys the company of her cat, Mona.

Nasreen Reheim has over 12 years of customer service experience. Nasreen graduated from Robert Morris University with Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She plans to further her education in the future. Nasreen also enjoys traveling and spending fun time with her husband and 3 year-old son.
